Cancellation/Refund

  1. After the conduct of the functions, the allottees will be refunded the security deposit amount after adjusting the dues towards LPG, electricity, water, and service tax.
  2. In case the allottee wishes to cancel the allotment made in their favor, the cancellation charges will be recovered from them as per the tabulation shown below
  3. If the allottee cancels his allotment and cancellation charges levied are
  4. 15 days before the date of function(Kalyanamandapam Booked Date) 50 % of the rent will be levied
  5. More than 8 days but less than 15 days to the date of function(Kalyanamandapam Booked Date) 75 % of the rent will be levied
  6. Less than 8 days to the date of function(Kalyanamandapam Booked Date) 100% of the rent will be levied

 

NOTE:-The date of function will be excluded while computing the number of days.
All refunds will be made through NEFT to the bank account of the applicant which was furnished at the time of booking.
